Today, I’m thrilled to unveil the new visual signature for Right From the Heart — a symbol that embodies the essence of my work in leadership development, inner transformation, and sustainable impact.

Introducing the Dragonheart Logo and Signature

At the center of this new identity is a Western-style dragon rendered in emerald and gold, encircling a glowing flame. The dragon’s posture is protective yet wise, forming a subtle heart shape around the flame — a visual metaphor for the kind of leadership I teach: grounded in self-awareness, guided by purpose, and expressed through courageous service.

Beneath the emblem is the phrase Right From the Heart, paired with the tagline: Inner Leadership & Growth

And anchoring the composition is the acronym S.O.U.L, which stands for:

  • Service
  • Orientation
  • Understanding
  • Leadership

About the S.O.U.L. Leadership Program

This signature accompanies the unveiling plan around the launch of my flagship course: S.O.U.L. Leadership — Inner Development for Sustainable Impact.

Grounded in the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) and aligned with the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals, this program recognizes that lasting change in organizations and communities begins with inner transformation.

Participants explore:

  • Mindfulness and emotional regulation for presence and resilience
  • Depth psychology (Carl Jung) to uncover unconscious patterns and shadow dynamics
  • Systems thinking to connect inner values with outer action

The course culminates in a Personal SOUL Leadership Charter, integrating service, purpose, self-awareness, and action into a coherent leadership philosophy.

Why This Matters

Leadership today demands more than technical skill — it requires psychological maturity, emotional intelligence, and spiritual grounding. My work helps individuals lead from self-awareness rather than reactivity, and from service rather than ego.

This new signature is more than a logo. It’s a visual invocation of the kind of leadership our world needs: wise, courageous, and rooted in the heart.

Welcome to the Dragonheart era.
